It’s time to tear up the track with Blaze and his best friend AJ! The Blaze and the Monster Machines app introduces preschoolers to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts as they race along pre-set courses or build their own tracks! Each mode – race and build – encourages children to apply critical thinking skills and explore scientific principles, including acceleration, adhesion, force, traction, velocity, reflection and more! GAME PLAY OPTION 1: RACE BLAZE & FRIENDS! Help Blaze & AJ compete against other monster trucks – Start racing against Crusher and Starla right away in the Snowy Slopes, Badlands, or The Monster Dome! For more tracks and challenges, purchase up to four expansion locations, including: Light Riders (Pickle), Velocityville (Darington) Top of the World (Zeg), or Dragon Island (Stripes)! Use blazing speed and problem-solving to overcome obstacles along the way. Each location in the game contains the following: |

- Environmental obstacles (e.g. an ice patch in the Snowy Slopes) and Crusher-based contraptions (e.g. a pineapple blaster).
- Power ups like tire chains (to avoid slippery spots), soapy tires (to fly through sticky patches), and hubcaps (to fill your Let’s Blaze acceleration meter).
- 2 different driving controls – tilt and swipe.
- 15 levels that progress in difficulty (75 in total).
- Gold, silver or bronze medals awarded to each race.
GAME PLAY OPTION 2: BUILD YOUR OWN TRACK (…THEN RACE!)
Construct a race track with as many twists and turns as you’d like! Add tools that can help Blaze advance (e.g. speed boosts, hubcaps), and include features that can cause his opponents to slow down (e.g. sticky bubble gum, slippery water puddle).
- Draw a unique path for each race course!
- Experiment with up to 15 STEM items!
- Create and edit tracks along the way!
- Save up to 12 courses.
DRAGON ISLAND UPDATE: Start your engines for the new Blaze and the Monster Machines Dragon Island update! Race on 15 all new jungle tracks when you purchase the Dragon Island location. Race against Stripes, and watch out for Crusher's new obstacles like his coconut and banana launchers, while mastering new STEM concepts like acceleration, trajectory and force! Your child can build their very own Dragon Island tracks now too!

The smash hit Blaze and the Monster Machines app continues its winning streak! Having already hit the #1 spot on the Kids category in 5 countries, and the #1 spot in the Education category in the US, the app remains incredibly popular. Chewy Software continues to supply exciting new content to keep the game fresh and new for fans. The Top of the World Update adds three new environments, new tracks, a new character, obstacles and new challenges. In the month since its November 4th release the Blaze app continues its run at the top of the US download charts never dropping below 50th in the Kids, Education and 5 and Under categories. In the Overall category, it has consistently stayed in the top 100! Blaze is a monster machine that shows no signs of slowing down!

Upon release, Blaze and the Monster Machines made a turbocharged dash to the top of the iTunes charts. Blaze is doing extremely well for a paid app, climbing up to beat out perennial chart toppers like Trivia Crack, Plants Vs. Zombies and Fruit Ninja. It eventually unseated Five Nights at Freddy's 2 from the #2 position to come in just behind the ever-popular Minecraft Pocket Edition. It also placed in the top 5 on the educational app charts, and in the top 30's in overall revenue. Here at Chewy, we're all revved up over Blaze's success!
